TL –
Winchester offers a Combo Pack with 10 rounds each of PDX1 Defender 410 & 45 Colt, primarily for the Taurus Judge and Bond Arms Derringers chambered for those rounds. They're apparently made from unobtainium as nobody on the planet seems to have them in stock. Ordering each separately is actually a little cheaper than the Combo Packs. Both are excellent defense rounds for those applications.
