I recieved my die set with all the dies scattered all over the cardboard box. There was no tape on the black Redding box and it was apparent these were not new. The expander ball was broken and not in tack. I researched and found where this was not uncommon to recieve previously used dies. I have returned them and requested a new set. I've had nothing but great with Optics Planet so hope they will send me a new set. We shall see.
