This ammo will not group for me under SIX inches. My browning x bolt has a 1-10 twist barrel and when I received the ammo I noted on the box “for barrels with 1-9 twist”. Really wish I had known this otherwise I would have picked something else.

I'm not trashing the review claiming inaccuracy; however, as the reviewer stated, the bullet is for 1:9 twist. Hence saying the bullet is inaccurate in his 1:10 twist rifle is illogical. We have all overlooked a spec and bought the wrong product, such is life. Now, I present my take on accuracy. Rifle: Benelli Lupo 1:8.25 twist. Bullet comparison is to Sierra 90 Gr TGK and Hornady 90 Gr ELD-X, both designed for 1:10 twist as opposed to the Nosler 90 Gr Expansion speced for 1:9 twist. At the 100 yard range, not shooting bench rest, I can MOA the Nosler repeatedly, whereas I cannot MOA the Sierra or Hornady repeatedly. I actually performed this to a blind test standard. Now, I do wish I could explain the reason for my personal knowledge base, but the only element that is apparent is that the Nosler requires a 1:9 twist. However, I am shooting them all from the same 1:8.25 twist rifle, so twist, per se, is not the case…! The only thing I can assess is that the Nosler bullet is 1.18 inches in length compared to the standard 1.08 length of the other bullets, assuming this leads to a more parallel placement within the barrel and the improvement in accuracy.I do expect that this would have corresponding terminal performance similar to Barnes, but I cannot comment on that as of now.Comments are most welcome….

I have juggled ammo for my Remington 700 ADL and this by far has been the most accurate and precise ammunition I have put through this firearm. Off of a vice a can stack and it has impressed me. Overall performance on wildlife hasn't been tested as of yet but I have full confidence in it's design and Nosler's reputation.
