Lee Factory Crimp Die .300 AAC Blackout 90590 is built to be the ideal way to crimp your cold stacked cartridges. Unlike most crimp dies, the Lee Factory Crimp Die creates a consistent crimp that hugs the bullet, eliminating the dreaded “dead bullet” problem. This Lee .300 AAC Blackout Carbide Sizer and Lee Factory Crimp Die uses a carbide sizer to post-size your rifle cartridges while crimping. There is no need to re-size your cartridges after crimping with the Lee Factory Crimp Die – the bullet is already pre-crimped in. No trimming, no sizing, just drop the loaded cartridges into the crimp die and crimp away. The only time you’ll need to adjust the Factory Crimp Die is between actual use and when you pack the rifle back into the holster. Originally I was not using a crimp die and trying to use the Hornady die set to seat and crimp and was receiving inconsistent results, this crimp die allows me to achieve a perfect OAL every time and then a nice crimp even with brass with slight variations in length

Lee dies are always well made and long lasting. These factory collet dies are the best for insuring my hand loads will function in a semi auto. They are stupid simple to set up. They never over crimp or buckle cases. I use locking collars, so I just set it and forget it for perfect factory sized loads every time. I load thousands of hand loads every year and have never worn one of these dies out.
