This is the only ammo my CVA 7mm-08 likes. I have it zero at 200 yards, went through 3 different brands of ammo I finally was satisfied with my shots. Awesome terminal performance on deer. The price varies from site to site but Optics Planet generally has this ammo. I have had great results on whitetails and no problem finding the deer after the shot.

I purchased a box of Hornady 7mm-08 Precision Hunter ammo 150 grain extreme low drag these shot great. I purchased these for my brother and we sighted in his rifle since they were never purchased before and he put 2 rounds side by side at 100 yards right out of the box. We sight our rifles in every year to be sure they are on.
