These bullets really are low recoil. There is such a big difference compared to standard or +P ammunition. I was skeptical at first, but Federal really has created something great here. I would say these would be best for a new shooter. Someone who is not used to the recoil of a gun. I was thinking there would be a slight, barely noticeable difference, but boy was I wrong. I hit the center 4/5 times.
